Sweet Candy Station

Last weekend I do believe I saw the most unbelievable Candy Station! When my client was looking for fun ideas for her daughter's Bat Mitzvah on a budget I suggested a Candy Station, who doesn't love them. This bargain hunter Mom began buying candy after Halloween and Christmas. She then divided up all the candy by colors to create a rainbow effect for the Candy Station. I can only imagine how many hours she spent in front of candy sorting it. Bargain bags of M & M's, Skittles and assorted candy were painstakingly split up by color.

If you are looking to create a wow factor on a budget consider the Candy Station and plan ahead so that you can take advantage of all the after holiday sales before your event. Of course you will need containers and scoops. We used colored Chinese soup spoons for the scoops and glass vases in different sizes. You can use any type of container or bag for the to go bags, although a lot of it will be eaten during your event.
